Step2Top will refund payments based on the bellow rules and procedures:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

– The participant cancels their registration within the specified cancellation period due to one of the reasons listed below.

– The workshop is canceled by the organizers.

– Exceptional circumstances preventing participation (e.g., medical emergencies, critical weather situations, natural disasters).

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

– A refund request must be submitted within the specified timeframes outlined below.

– The request must be made in writing and sent to info@step2top.com.

– Proof of payment and registration must be provided.

Cancellation and Refund Deadlines

Full Refund: Requests made 10 days or more before the workshop start date.

Partial refund: Requests made between 5 and 2 days before the workshop start date will receive an 85% refund.

Non-Refundable Fees
